Cindy Smith, graduate of Coastal Carolina Institute, and a massage therapist since 2003, has extensive training in Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), Cranial Sacral Therapy, Sacred Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian Massage), and Lymphatic Drainage. Other modalities include Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and Hot Stones.
Each session is tailored to address the needs of her clients. Therefore, several different modalities may be used within a session.
Massage is about treating the whole person, not just tight muscles.
